Return & Exchange Policy
At ZARINI, we put a lot of love and care into every product we deliver. While we do not offer returns, we’re happy to help with an exchange if something isn’t right with your order.
Exchange Within 2 Days of Delivery
* Exchange requests must be shared with us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your order.
* Exchanges are available only in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
* The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in its original packaging with tags intact.
* We currently follow a No Return Policy.
* Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Photos & Unboxing Video (Required)
To help us resolve your request quickly, we request you to share:
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A complete unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
Please note: Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange
* Email us at jewelsbyzarini@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share your Order ID, product details, reason for exchange, along with the photos and unboxing video.
* Our team will review the details and get back to you within 2–3 working days.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll help you with an alternative option or store credit.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
* Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
* Products without original tags or packaging
* Used, altered, or damaged items (other than transit damage)
* Customized or made-to-order pieces
* Sale or discounted items

* Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the issue is from our side
* All exchange requests are reviewed carefully to ensure fairness for everyone
* ZARINI reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchanges
